About Ukrainian War Amps (UWA)

Ukrainian War Amputations (UWA) is a nonprofit organization with a global network of volunteers, including dedicated individuals from the United States and Canada, who provide critical support to Ukrainian soldiers, veterans, families, and children affected by the ongoing conflict. Founded in 2014 with just a $50 donation, UWA has grown into a vital organization, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars and delivering aid directly to those in need. This collaboration aligns closely with the mission of our film, showcasing the resilience, dedication, and hope that bridge borders and bring people together in times of hardship.
